By accessing or using MeroClub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. MeroClub is operated by MeroClub Pvt. Ltd., registered in Nepal.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on MeroClub. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. MeroClub reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.
Creators are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their profile information, including follower counts and engagement rates. Providing false statistics to qualify for campaigns is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payments.
Businesses must ensure that campaigns they post comply with Nepal's advertising standards and applicable laws. Campaign briefs must be honest, and businesses must pay creators within the agreed timeframe after content approval.
MeroClub facilitates payments between businesses and creators. Businesses are responsible for funding campaigns before they go live. MeroClub charges a platform fee on each transaction, disclosed at the time of campaign creation. All amounts are in Nepali Rupees (NPR).
Creators retain ownership of the content they produce. By participating in a campaign, creators grant the business a licence to use the content as specified in the campaign brief. MeroClub may use creator content for platform promotional purposes with prior consent.
Users may not: use the Platform for illegal activities, post misleading or fraudulent campaign briefs, manipulate engagement metrics, harass other users, or attempt to conduct transactions outside of the Platform to avoid fees.
MeroClub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Users may also delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
MeroClub is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the quality of content produced, campaign outcomes, or disputes between creators and businesses. We provide dispute resolution support but final outcomes are subject to our sole discretion.
MeroClub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
